📋 Twilio A2P 10DLC — Message Flow (copy/paste)
Paste the block below verbatim into the campaign's Message Flow / Call to Action field. It describes every opt-in path, the exact disclosure language, and links to live proof — which is what reviewers need to clear error 30909.
End users opt in to transactional SMS from Shop Hero (on behalf of partner auto-service shops, e.g. Wash Buggy Auto Spa) through one of these public web forms: 1. Online Booking — https://www.thewashbuggyautospa.com (select service > date > enter name + phone + address > check the SMS consent box > tap "Confirm Booking"). Submit button is disabled until the unchecked-by-default checkbox is checked. 2. Public Quote Request — https://theshophero.app/portal-quote (select services > enter name + phone + email > check the SMS consent box > tap "Submit Request"). Form rejects submission unless the consent box is checked when SMS is selected as a contact preference. 3. Customer Portal Signup — https://theshophero.app/portal-login (signup tab: enter name, email, phone, password, check the SMS consent box, tap "Create Account"). Button is disabled until the box is checked. 4. Dealer/Partner Lead Forms — https://theshophero.app/dealer-ceramic-program and https://theshophero.app/ppf-dealer-program (form requires SMS consent checkbox before submission). 5. In-Person Intake — at the shop on a tablet/paper intake form bearing the same disclosure language and an opt-in checkbox. Exact disclosure text shown next to every consent checkbox: "I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from [Shop Name] (via Shop Hero) at the phone number provided. Msg frequency varies (1–15 msgs/mo). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing. See Privacy Policy and SMS Terms." Sample messages users will receive: - "Hi Alex, your appointment for ceramic coating at Wash Buggy Auto Spa is confirmed for Mon Apr 28 at 9:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." - "Wash Buggy: Your 2024 Tesla Model Y is ready for pickup. Total due: $1,495. Reply STOP to opt out." - "Wash Buggy: Quote #4582 is ready to review: https://theshophero.app/quote/abc123. Reply STOP to opt out." Program Overview
Shop Hero (operated at theshophero.app) provides transactional SMS notifications on behalf of independent automotive service businesses (detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tinting, lube services, and related). Messages are limited to: appointment confirmations, status updates while a vehicle is being serviced, ready-for-pickup alerts, quote / invoice notifications, and maintenance reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Mobile information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the SMS notifications described above.
How Consent Is Collected (Step by Step)
A consumer can opt in through any one of the following channels. Each channel collects an explicit, unchecked-by-default opt-in checkbox alongside the phone number field, with the full disclosure language reproduced below.
- Online Booking Form — at the participating shop's public site (e.g. thewashbuggyautospa.com), consumers select a service, date, and time, then enter their name, phone number, and address. They must check the SMS consent box and click "Confirm Booking" before submission. The button is disabled until the checkbox is checked.
- Quick Quote / Estimator — consumers building a quote on the customer portal (
/portal-login) or using the public estimator must check the SMS consent box at the contact step before they can submit. - Dealer / Partner Program Lead Forms — at routes such as
/dealer-ceramic-programand/ppf-dealer-program, dealership contacts request information by completing a form that requires the SMS consent checkbox before submission. - Customer Portal Account Creation — when a consumer creates an account in the customer portal, they enter a phone number and explicitly check the SMS consent checkbox. The "Create Account" button is disabled until the box is checked.
- In-Person Intake — at the shop, customers provide their phone number on a written or tablet-based intake form that contains the same disclosure language and an opt-in checkbox.
Exact Disclosure Language Shown at Opt-In
The text adjacent to the opt-in checkbox on every consent surface reads:
I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Shop Hero on behalf of [Shop Name] at the phone number provided. Msg frequency varies (1–15 msgs/mo). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
