Paint Protection Film vs Ceramic Coating — what's the difference?
PPF is a physical urethane film that absorbs rock chips, road debris, scratches and minor impacts. Ceramic coating is a chemical layer that protects against UV, chemical stains, water spots and oxidation — but it will not stop a rock chip. The right answer for most Southern Oregon owners is both: PPF on high-impact body panels, ceramic coating over the top and on the rest of the car. We bundle the two for a meaningful discount.

Will PPF damage my paint when removed?
No. Quality PPF is engineered to be removable without damaging factory clear coat. Installed correctly on factory paint, it lifts off cleanly. We have never damaged paint on a removal — and we remove a lot of older, lower-quality film installed by other shops.
Can PPF be installed over a repainted panel?
Over a freshly painted panel, we require a minimum 30-day cure window before install. We walk every paint correction or repaint customer through this during the consultation.
How long does installation take?
Partial Front: 1 day. Full Front: 2 days. Track Pack: 1.5 days. Full Vehicle: 4–5 days. Your vehicle stays indoors at our climate-controlled Medford studio the entire time. We schedule one vehicle per bay so quality is never rushed.
